Most repairs performed at E.S.P. Auto are backed by a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty covering both parts and labor.
That warranty applies to many of the new replacement parts we install and the work performed by our team.
Dealer / OEM Parts
Some dealer or OEM parts carry a manufacturer warranty of 1 year.
If a repair includes dealer-supplied components, we’ll always explain the warranty coverage before the work is completed so there are no surprises later.
Certified Used Parts
Certified used parts include a 90-day warranty.
These parts are sometimes used when they make the most sense for availability, cost savings, or specific repair situations.

Tow-Ins & After-Hours Drop Off
If your vehicle needs to be towed to the shop, we can accept tow-ins day or night.
You can leave your vehicle and keys using our after-hours drop-off process, along with a note explaining the issue you’re experiencing.
